Use this page to request deletion of your NavigateMoto account and associated personal data. You can also delete your account directly from inside the App.

Send the request from the email address linked to your NavigateMoto account so we can verify ownership.

How It Works

Delete in the App

Open NavigateMoto, go to Settings, choose your account options, and select Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Request Deletion on the Web

Email us from the address linked to your NavigateMoto account with the subject Account Deletion. Include the account email and any details that help us verify ownership.

What We Delete

We delete or anonymize your account profile, authentication records, trips, reviews, photos you uploaded, expenses you created, ride history, route statistics, and location records tied to your account, subject to legal retention requirements.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or app-store transaction purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten.
